Emerald Pilates

Emerald Pilates has two studios in Emerald - one for Clinical/Rehabilitation exercises with all the traditional larger apparatus such as the Cadillac, Chair, Barrels, Clinical Reformers, Spine Correctors and other apparatus to help with balance and posture, strength, mobility and agility, as well as helping you recover from injury/surgery; painful conditions and pathologies. Our 2nd Studio has seven beautiful Reformer beds, as well as a ballet barre - these are our strengthening classes where you will develop core strength, muscle activation, flexibility and fitness. Emerald Pilates delivers the National Diploma of Pilates teacher training, which is a Government accredited qualification. We are friendly, clever and experienced, and we are ready to help you feel young, energetic and have zest for life. We love what we do, we love our clients, and love our work.
