Meet Joy & Al from Emerald Village Meats

Emerald Village Meats sources as much of its product locally as it can, and choose to offer Gippsland Free Range, Grass Fed Beef and Lamb, and pork is guaranteed free range Limestone Pork.

They carry chemical-free and free-range chicken from La Ionica Poultry and all of their Christmas Turkey products are Victorian free-range turkeys.

A small selection of fresh Fish is available every Wednesday – they can take orders for oysters, prawns and anything else you might be looking for.

They also carry a range of Ham, Bacon and Smallgoods from a medal-winning Smokehouse, and also a range of smallgoods from larger manufacturers.

To complement their variety of meats you'll also find a small range of condiments and sauces sourced from small suppliers, not available in supermarkets.

Their sausages are made on the premises, all gluten-free, and use fresh lean meats.

Emerald Village Meats donates free sausages & offers their BBQ every Saturday to local Community Groups & clubs to use to fundraise and raise local awareness of their organisations.
